Independent Living Specialist/Consumer Directed Services

Full Time position available at Access II.  This position is with an emphasis in working with our Consumer Directed Service Program.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: case management services, training to consumers and personal attendants, independent living skills development.  Required minimum of 2 years experience in providing services to persons with disabilities or a Bachelors Degree in a Social Services field.  Ability to utilize various computer programs, databases; produce accurate and timely documentation; and able to prioritize multiple tasks.  Must pass background-screening check.  Requires 30-40% travel.  Persons with disability are encouraged to apply.  Send Resume:  Access II Independent Living Center % Jennifer Wynne 611 W.
